2. LICENSE & RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services, including to download the Platform onto a permitted device, and to access the Company’s Content (defined as below) solely for your personal, non-commercial use through your use of the Services and solely in compliance with these Terms. 5. COPYRIGHT

Vdee is developed for entertainment purpose, Vdee respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same, If you are a copyright holder and you believe that any of the copyrighted material, which is directly available via the Vdee infringes your copyrighted work, please let us know, If you found any content that you believe was posted on Vdee app without authorization your copyright, or discover any other infringement on your intellectual property rights, Please report to us in writing including the following information:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

3. A description of where the material believed to be infringed is located on Vdee App or the our services.

4. Contact information such as a complete name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate, and that you are the Owner, or authorized to act on the Owner's behalf.
